Vittal, September 9: A total of Seven travelers evaded with minor injuries when the Qualis vehicle in which they were travelling deviated off the road before sunrise yesterday.
It is reported that the driver lost control over the vehicle at Veerakamba Curve in Vittal, it fell down the cliff into the enclosure of a house, about 20-feet down on Monday, September 8th around 3 a.m. The vehicle is badly mangled due to the accident.
The injured are identified as Irshad (25), Fathima Johara (30), Umeira (27), Zahida(20), Baby Sahaba (6), B K Shekabba (65) and Zahid (9).All belong to the same family residing close to Kalladka.
It is gathered that the traveler’s had visited the Historical Madavoor Darga in Calicut of Kerala State and were on their way back home.
The locals have admitted the injured to a private hospital at Mangalore.
