Mangalore, Aug 19: Second Tulu movie ‘Madime’ by the team of Vijayakumar Kodialbail, is all set to hit the silver screen in September.The first tulu film `Oriyardori Asal’ had created a record in tulu industry of running more than 175 days in almost all the theatres.Movie ‘Madime’ a high budget movie presented by Sujatha Balakrishna Shetty and produced by Megina Balakrishna Shetty.
Apart from directing, Vijayakumar Kodialbail has also scripted story, screenplay, lyrics, and dialogue is the plus point of the movie. The director has already proved his creativity and quality in the previous film and is waiting to release his next movie.
The movie ‘Madime’ has completed its shooting in 43 days at Bekal fort, Mangalore, Abhiman studio in Bangalore and various other places. The film has five songs, while two songs are sung by Sonu Nigam and Chitra. The other songs have been sung by Mime Ramdas, Raveendra Prabhu, Shamita Malnad and Vinod Raj composed by A.K Vijay. Vinod Raj is the son of A.K Vijay has sung first time for a movie.
The movie has been shot in Expensive Red Epic camera by cinematographer Guruprashant Rai. Srinivas Prabhu worked as editor while M.K Mata and Trishul Shetty worked as the assistant directors. The film has been choreographed by Madan Harini.
The film has been directed by very experienced cast and crew, known in film industry. The story of the film is based on the drama of same name directed by Kodialbail. The team has selected good elements from the drama and added the flavour of sentiments, suspense, comedy to get the filmy touch.
Asal film couple Likhit Shetty and Ramya Barne will once again play lead role in the movie ‘Madime’, while Navya will pair up with Umesh Mijar.
The actors like Usha Bhandary, Bhojaraj Vamanjur, Santosh Shetty, Chetan Rai Maani, Raghavendra Rai, Sandeep Shetty Maanibettu, Prasanna Bailur, Sunil Nelligudde, Manju Rai Mulur, Rohini Jagaram, Ramesh Kalladka, Dayanand Kulal Urwa, Arun Shetty Mangaldevi, Yadava Mannagudde, Vinod Ekkur, Mangesh Bhat, Harish Moodabidre also have acted in the movie.
