Development of the road projects:MP Nalin Kumar Kateel meets Mr Nitin Gadkari.

MANGALORE : Member of Parliament Mr Nalin Kumar Kateel from Dakshina Kannada has been called on for a meeting ,by Mr Nitin Gadkari the Union Minister for Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, in New Delhi on Aug-07 .He has  appealed the union Minister to sanction the funds for the following road projects in Karnataka, which are already sanctioned by Union Government as well.

1)    The road which connects Mani to Ullal in Dakshina Kannada District, joins NH-48 at Melker and NH-17 at Thokkottu is about a distance of 29Km.

2)    The road which connects Byndoor (NH-17) to  Ayanur (NH-206)  via Kollur-NagodiGhat-Nittor-Nagara-Hosanagara-Rippanpet is about a distance of 137.8 Km.

3)    The road connecting Udupi(NH-17) to Sulya (SH-85) via Karkal-Dharmastala-Kukke Subrahmanya is about a distance of 170Km.

4) The development of Mangalore Highway.

A delegation was called on by Mr Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister for Shipping, Road Transport and Highways in New Delhi on Aug-07; which was led by the Member of Parliament Mr Nalin Kumar Katil from Mangalore zone. He apprised the Union Minister to take necessary measures for the development of Mangalore Port and to fill up the vacancies in NMPT.
