Mangalore, July 25: The woman who slapped SI of Kadri traffic police and created a scene at Hampankatta on Thursday July 24 was arrested again on Friday July 25.
The slapper basically from Gujarat, has been identified as Kinjal Gandhi, wife of Ashok Shenoy of Kavoor.
She has been booked under sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from doing duty), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC.
The women was produced in the court where she was deprived of bail, court in turn sent her to judicial custody till July 28.
