Byndoor, May 18: In an horryfiyng accident near Uppanda bridge, A cycle rider was killed when he fell off the cycle while he was trying to escape a pond and at the same time a heavy truck moved over his head.
Manjunath (60), a resident of Uppanda Village has been identified as the deceased. He is survived by a daughter and 2 sons.
Manjunath’s head was completely crushed by the heavy truck which was behind him. Due to the impact, the identification of the body was delayed.
A case has been registered at Byndoor police station.
