Mangalore, April 28: “None of the culprits have been arrested,” said Mr. Rajaram Nayak the security adviser of the toll plaza talking to reporters. The attack on the toll plaza took place at Bhramorakootlu on April 26. Without police protection no toll booth will start working they said on Saturday and organized a total bandh.

One of the culprits called Shameer is taking treatment in a private mangalore hospital because he reportedly sustained a hand injury while breaking the glass cubicle of the toll plaza. To nab the culprits the police officials are organizing a task force.

It is not a great job to arrest the culprits but this circle inspector registering a false encounter case is one among the gang so we have to make the best of a bad situation said DCIB police.

On the other hand the circle inspector himself is finding fault with the Bantawala police station SI.  “He is not able to arrest the culprits” said the circle inspector to the reporters. But on the other side, public is of the opinion that, circle inspector is a hand in glove with political parties and this is the cause of the trouble.
