Mangalore, Apr 28: A complaint was filed against yoga guru Baba Ramdev in Konaje station by a Konaje resident Lolaksha, who recently took a dig at Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, stating that he had visited Dalit houses for honeymoon and picnic.
In the complaint, Lolaksha stated that Baba Ramdev had insulted the Dalit community by making such a foul remarks. He stated that Baba has hurt the sentiments of Dalit women by taking community for granted. The complaint has been filed to show his solidarity with the Dalit community across the nation.
He urged the police, who have heard or watched his comments on media to take action against Baba, since he intended to say that houses of Dalits were used by politicians of the country for honeymoon and picnic, which indirectly stated dalit women to be a chief woman and their houses as prostitute hubs.
He also said that, he has discussed the issue with the Konaje circle inspector and the ACP
