Mangalore, April 14: Senior Congress leader and party candidate from Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha constituency B Janardhan Poojary said that he has not left the column blank and have clearly mentioned all the details in the affidavit filed along with his nomination papers.
Speaking on the occasion, Poojary said that the BJP has raised the issue of not mentioned his wife’s name in the affidavit, in order to cover up the lie said by PM Candidature Modi.
He also said that in the column of wife’s income, he has mentioned agriculture which is not taxable, while in the column of wife’s name, he has mentioned her name (Malathi) and this allegations against him were charged by BJP leaders without proper knowledge.
Congress leaders MLA Moidin Bava, Neelayya M Agari, RK Prithviraj, Vijaynath Vittal Shetty and others were present.
