Mangalore, April 12: A resident of Ullal files a complaint at Ullal police station alleging that his 2.42 acre land valued at Rs 5 crores at Kotekar near Ullal has been registered in the name of other person without his consent.
The complainant Babu Gatti said that recently he has received the copy of his land RTC, stating that he has sold his land to Rajesh Kottary (44) in the presence of Vishwanath and Vijaya on November 4, 2011, on the basis of power of attorney issued by Babu himself.
As per the records, the land has been sold at Rs 18.15 lakh and Babu Gatti has signed in the presence of witness and this has been denied by Babu Gatti, since he has also not issued power of attorney.
According to Babu Gatti, the photographs of another land given by him to notary Pushpalatha UK and Harshavardhan in June 2009 might have been misused.
The complainant has revealed the name of Rajesh Kottary, Harish, Harshavardhan, Mohammad Iqbal, Pushpalatha, Vijaya and Vishwanath as accused.
