Mangalore, Mar 27: Mangalore North MLA Moidin Bava has rubbished the allegations against him leveled by former minister Krishna Palemar.
Speaking at the press meet held on March 26, Wednesday, he said that the development work of the constituency was in progress utilizing the amount of Rs 3 crore from the special grants.
He also said that the work worth Rs 51 lakhs from MP fund of Union Minister Oscar Fernandes and Rs 2 crores from his MLA grants has been also being also in progress. Apart from it, PWD has taken up the developmental works worth Rs 12 crores, he added.
Former Suratkal MLA Vijaykumar Shetty, Congress leaders Taranath Shetty and Harikrishna Bantwal were also present.
