Mangalore, Mar 17: Former Congress MP Tejaswini Gowda gave her first visit to Dakshina Kannada after joining the BJP a week before and said that Congress was solely responsible for dividing country into Hindus and Muslims and introduces minority appeasement tactics for vote-bank politics.
Speaking at the press meet held at District BJP office on Mar 17, Monday, she said that Congress has failed in selecting the suitable candidate to govern the country and is busy targeting and criticizing BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi with baseless allegations. The people of the country must give a chance for BJP and Narendra Modi to rule the country after experiencing the decades of monotonous Congress rule.
She also urged BJP not to indulge in vote-bank politics like Congress and warned Congress to to change its anti-Hindu mindset and policies.
She also said that the people of the country disappointed by the failure of Congress rule, which has failed to provide security to the country from infiltrations across the border by neighbouring countries Pakistan and China. During the congress rule, there is large number of scams exposed in every sector in the country.
Tejaswini said that country has lot of opportunity to become a super-power under the rule of BJP. This LS election is not BJP sitting MP Nalin Kumar Kateel and Congress veteran Janardhan Poojary, but a fight for good administration of the entire country.
