Kundapur; Mar 11: A case of abduction of 14 –year old minor girl by her relative was registered in Kundapur police station.
It was said that heskuttur 5 cents resident Thangaraj’s daughter Krishnaveni, aged 14 was at home without having gone to school due to pain in her abdominal on March 10. Her father Thangaraj left home at 7.00 am in the morning for work and her mother had gone for washing clothes.
When her mother came at 12.30 pm in the afternoon after washing the clothes and searched, Krishnaveni was not at home. When Thangaraj along with his counterpart at heskatturu and Korgi searched for her almost in the entire surrounding region but Krishnaveni nowhere to be found.
Krishnaveni was a minor girl.A case has been registered in Kundapur police by the Krishnaveni’s family suspecting Krishna, Thangaraj’s brother’s naphew might have abducted Krishnaveni. Investigation is in progress.
