Mangalore, Mar 10: An annual PaGo Award will be conferred on Suresh D Palli, correspondent of Hosa Digantha Kannada daily for Best Rural Reporting for the year 2013.
The Dakshina Kannada District Working Journalists’ Union has selected the recipient for his report ‘Korapalu Sarathyadalli Belagithu Grama’ published on June 13, 2013.
The PaGo Award will be given for the best story on rural reporting in memory of an eminent journalist of DK District, Late Padyana Gopalkrishna Bhat.
The award comprises of a cash prize of Rs 10,000 and a citation.
