Karkala; Feb 17: In the historical background of Nalke alias Panara community’s adorable deity Shree Devi Marula Chikkamma and family deities’ new temple will be constructed in Varanga’s Padubettu Yekkigudde at the cost of around Rs 15 lac.
Varanga’s Nonayya Bangera has shouldered the important responsibility of creating this Nalke alias Panara community people’s deities, which they were worshiping at their houses into public place.
In this way he has got mighty ambition of gathering the community people from Udupi, Chikmaglur, Dakshina Kannada, Kasargod and Kodagu districts. In order to make the proximity of Shree Devi Marula Chikkamma and family deities, which has been worshiping for the past 600 years in Varanga into public place, Brahmakalashaabhisheka and Bimba Prathiste will be held on March 05, at holy place of Varanga’s Padubettu Yekkigudde.
Varanga Nonayya Bangera along with Shree Devi Chikkamma development committee, by involving his own people, Balekody Shilanjana Kshetra’s Sadguru Shashikantha Mani Swamiji’s blessings, programme will be held.
Nonayya Bangera’s team is expecting whole hearted co-operation for the place from local eminent personalities, fans, lovers of the place.
