Karkala; Feb 11: In Hebri panchayat jurisdiction Chaara village’s retired headmaster Subramanya Hebbar, aged 65 has breathed his last due to heart attack at his residence on Feb 10, Monday.
He is survived by his mother, wife, three sons and one daughter. He was the member of Chaara Mahishamardhini temple’s management committee, president of village development programme Vokkoota and was engaged himself actively in different Sanghas and associations and was good orator.

Karkala legislator V.Sunil Kumar, former MLA H.Gopala Bhandary, entrepreneur H.Mohandas Nayak, trustee Chaara Ratnakara Shetty, Neere Krishna Shetty, H.K.Shreedhara Shetty, teacher’s association’s president Padigaru Raveendra Hegde, entrepreneur Laxminarayana Nayak and among hundreds of people had their final Darshan and paid their last tribute.
