Mangalore, Feb 2: Samyameendra Theertha Swamiji, the junior pontiff of Sri Kashi Mutt Samsthan dedicated a chariot to Lord Veera Venkatesha, the presiding deity of the Sri Venkatramana Temple at Carstreet on Feb 1, Saturday.
The work of art wooden chariot began in July 2013 and costs around Rs 18 lakhs and is equipped with a steering wheel which helps in easy movement and turning of the chariot.
