Kundapur; Jan 29: A case of abusing mentally and physically by the headmaster of the Sastan’s Pandeshwara government aided higher primary school has become talk of the street and has insisted for his transfer.
Students in this school are studying from first standard to seventh standard and a total of 95 students are there.Ramesh Acharya, aged 58 years old.Now only two years left for his retirement. But the public and children’s parents alleged that he was a sexually anxious person.
By putting hands on girl’s student, cracking vulgar jokes, beating on the knee until it gets hurt like through so many other undesirable activities, he was troubling mentally, sexually and physically. Parents have been informed about his funny activities by the students, it said.
As a result of the children who have been tolerating the misbehavior of the headmaster all these days, informed to their parents, under the leadership of Jayakarnataka Sanghatane’s Diwakar Shetty, Pratap Shetty, public and children’s parents came to school to inquire headmaster Parameshwara Acharya about his misbehavior. But the master, who did come to know about the matter was absent on that day.
The public and parents who gathered in large numbers insisted for the transfer of the headmaster Parameshwara Acharya immediately.Brahmavar constituency’s education officer Nagendra Shanbhaug, and taluk physical education officer Madhukar tried to pacify protestors. They assured them that since it is an aided school, a suitable action will be taken against the headmaster after discussing with school management.
