Kundapur; Jan 12 :While speaking in “ Parliamentary proceedings” conversation programme organized under the auspices of Kotathattu village panchayat,Karantha Huttooru Prashasthi Prathistana and Laxmi Soma Bangera college Padukere on Jan 11,Saturday in Kota Karantha Bhavan,D.H.Shankar Murthy,Vidhana Parishath speaker said in his address that Democracy system is an excellent administration system in the world.It is quite obvious that when our expectations are not fulfilled,we get disgusted.
For this reason,it is wrong to come to the conclusion that there is a fault in democracy. He also said that ,there are good and bad, both are there in the society. Similarily,good administrators are there and bad administrators are there and there are good officers and bad officers. First of all, we must change ourselves and bring changes in the society,he said.
He further said that today society is getting globalized,orderliness are getting modification.Today citizens,officials and management groups,after taking note of good-bad,they are capable of questioning,he added.
In the programme,speaker has answered all the questions of panchayat officers and students.
