Udupi; Jan 09: Udupi CMC president Yuvaraj has inaugurated the state level rovers-rangers rally organized under the auspices of Bharat Scouts and Guides Karnataka, Udupi district institution, Kallianpur local institution and Kallianpur Milagress College in Udupi and Kallianpur as a part of state youth conference.
City municipal council’s member Chandrakanth Nayak was the chief guest of honor.
