Udupi; Jan 07: Udupi district and session court has postponed the inquiry of witnesses of Manipal medical student’s gang rape case to Jan 20.
On Jan 06, in the absence of victim and her friend, the advocate of Udupi district and session court B.M.Angady, who conducted the inquiry of two people’s witness, kept the next inquiry for Jan 07.
But as the advocate went on leave today, inquiry of witnesses, kept for Jan 07 and Jan 08 have been postponed to Jan 20,it said.
