Udupi; Nov 23: In an incident, it was reported on Nov 22, Friday evening at 06.30 pm in Udupi near Kalsanka road that a Sherlock car caught fire while it was moving.
Sources said that when the driver saw the smoke coming out of the car, he stopped the car nearby and started checking. As he was checking the smoke, fire broke out all of a sudden and started burning.
With the co-operation of public fire was doused by spraying water and in the meantime fire brigade also arrived to the spot. It was suspected that technical fault may be the reason for fire.
