J.R.Lobo inaugurates the renovated kitchen at Wenlock Hospital

Mangalore, Nov. 6: Mangalore South MLA J.R.Lobo inaugurated the renovated Wenlock District Government hospital on Wednesday Nov. 6th.

After the inauguration Lobo said that the well equipped kitchen work has been carried out by the Nirmithi Center at a total cost of Rs 14 lacs. Rs 7 lacs for the implementation of Steam Cooking and Rs 7 lacs for roofing, flooring, wall times and other renovations has been spent. The newly implemented steam cooking has the capacity to boil 40 kgs of rice and 200 idlies at a time.. Health foods were preparing through this system. And this is for the first time fish curry will give with daily meals and also chicken and eggs will be given Lobo said.

Garden will be constructed around the kitchen. With the co operation of the staffs of the hospital construction work completed soon he added.

Corporators Vinay Raj, Abdul Rose, former corporator Padmanabha Amin, T.K Sudhir, Anil Raskina, Krithin Kumar and the doctors Dr. Rajeshwari, Dr. Eshwarappa, health officer of corporation Manjesh Shetty, environmental engineer Madhu were present.
