Bantwal, Nov.6: Demandng for CBI probe into the into Sowjanya rape and death case Vishwa Hindu Parshat of Bantwal taluk and other Hindu organisations staged a large protest meet at public auditorium B.C. Road on Nov. 5th Tuesday.
The rally was flagged off from Shri Ram Mandir by-pass, Bantwal to B.C. Road Taluk office and staged a protest meet there.
The convener of Namo Bharat Arun Kumar Mathila said that the government is neglecting the case. The govt. should handover the case to CBI soon and should give justice for Sowjanya’s family.
The convener of VHP Dinesh Kumar Jain said that the state and central govt. are trying to close the case. The police department also keep silent from the beginning. If like this situation happened to their family members did they keep silent he asked. He further said that the ministers of district are kept silent to save their power. If they do not support us in future we will not allow them to come out to street. The CBI also gives fake report then we will ready to shed our blood he aguishly said.
