Mangalore. nov.3: The Sports-Meet and Food Festival was held at Holy cross Church Kulshekar.More. than 2000 participants took part in this meet.
All types of food and soft drinks was available at the venue.The leadership was taken by YCM and church cultural committee.
REV FR.Valerian pinto ,the parish priest ,presided over the function and appreciated the hard work of all volunteers and thanked the parishioners.Renowned sports personality MS Rita d’souza, special olympics gold winner Royston pinto and Four winds mass communication director E.Fernandes were the chief guest of the meet.
Rita pinto explained the importance of the meet and Elias Fernandes appreciated the efforts of YCM nad REV FR Valerian pinto and team for having conducted such a meet.Church vice president Praveen Pinto ,convener Sushil Noronha ,secretary George, and ASST Paris priest were all on the stage.Ms Rooth ,the sports secretary coducted the program.
