Bantwal, Nov.1: The National Festival Celebrating Committee of B.C.Road celebrated Kannada Rajyotsava on Friday, Nov.1.
The Tahashildar of Bantwal Malleswami hoisted the national flag.
After that he official function of Rajyotsav held at public rangamandir Bantwal. Banwal Town councilor Vasanthi presided over the function. Taluk panchayat president Lalitha Shivappa Naik and Ananda Shambhuru wished.
Senior Litterateur Erya Lakshmi Narayana Alva was the main speaker. Executive Officer Vishwanath Poojary, education officer Sheshashayana Karinja and other officers from the departments were present in the programme.
Prior to the programme there was a procession of Kannada Bhuvaneshwari. Police, home guards, NCC, Scouts and Guides, Bul Bul and students March was gave more attraction to the procession.

Where can i find Kannada flag or the Karnataka ribbon to put it on my vehicle? :(.I tried everywhere but yellu siglilla :/..Any suggestions?
