Bantwal, Oct.31: AJ Community Department Mangalore and Women and Children welfare department B.C. Road conducted a free medical camp for the check up of cholesterol, BP and diabetes check up at A.J. Rural training centre Melkar.
Co Child development project officer Sudha Joshi inaugurated the camp. The medical officer of Melkar training centre Dr. Jayamala Vishwanath talk about increasing of heart attacks, Paralysis attack and cholesterol related diseases.
The assistant professor of A.J. Dr. Savud Hamid, Dr. Roshani, the medical students Dr. Sajjan, Dr, Ranjitha also talk about the diseases.
The curator Bharathi, president of women’s organization Geetha, anganawady worker Vasanthi was present. The medical student Dr. Animesha proposed vote of thanks and social worker Ashwitha host the programme.
More than 40 anganawady workers make use o this camp.
