Karkala; Oct 19: A case of arrest has been reported at Ajekar on Oct, 18, Friday, wherein a youth tries to lure a girl of other community from Moodbidri to his house in the intention of enjoying with her, taking the advantage of the situation, where all the members of the house have gone far distance for attending auspicious function.
Sources said that the accused youth identified as Dhepputheya Ansar, aged 20, a resident of Marne village in Karkala taluk has planned to invite his telephone friend to his house for enjoyment, when family members had gone to Bhatkal for attending auspicious ceremony.
Ansar, who is a conductor in one of the private buses, has planned to enjoy on Friday by taking leave.Accordingly, the girl who came from Moodbidri by bus alighted at Ajekaru and proceeded towards Ansar’s house by auto. Suspecting this, the locals have informed the matter to Ajekaru police station.
The police, who swung into action instantly, have gone to Depputheya youth’s house. When the police called Ansar, he did not open the door. Thereafter when the police threatened him to open the door. When he opened the door, along with youth, one young lady has also been trapped.
When the police took both of them to police station for inquiry, it was disclosed at the time of questioning that the lady is from Moodbidri and youth admitted his mistake.
A case has been registered against the youth and lady was sent to her house with her parents.
Overall in the pretext of enjoying, the young ladies should think before spoiling their future.
