Girish Puthran Murder Case, Main Accused Arrested, Number increased to Three.

Mangalore,April 1: Bajpe police under the leadership of Inspector Dinakar Shetty,have made one more breakthrough in connection with the murder of JD(S) leader Girish Puthran.Murder was happened on December 23^rd 2012 near Permude.

Arrested has been identified as Reetu alias Ritesh (28),a resident of Malemar thus the number of arrested has been increased to three and another accused Prashanth alias Pachchu is at large and yet to be arrested.

Natasha and Rajesh both are residents of Kodical,both were involved in this murder case had been arrested on February 9^th.

Girish Puthran (50) after returning from Dubai has started  doing his Fish trading in Bunder along with real estate business.It is understood that though he was owning a house of his own,he was staying in one of the city’s lodge.

Enraged Rajesh has planned to murder Girish Puthran,as the later started loving Natasha,with whom Rajesh was also already in love.According to his plan,Girish was taken to Bajpe in the pretext of showing some lands to Girish and then to Suratkal .There they had a Beer and while on their way back,they increased the volume of radio in the car to distract him and could succeed in their plan of getting rid of Puthran.

 Ritesh was arrested near Bappanadu,Mulky on the basis ofconfirmed  information.He has alredady been framed in two cases,one in connection with murder attempt/murder and another in Mumbai for possessing illegal arms. As per the information gathered by police after murdering Puthran,his clothes were taken to Belthangadi and burnt down.Knife used for murder and ashes of clothes burnt have been collected by the police for further investigation.Girish’s mobile was thrown near Buntwal on their way and spent their night with one of their relatives house.

As per the reliable source of information Puthran,Ritesh and Natasha were sitting at the backseat of the car driven by Prashant.As the car continued to move they strangulated Puthran and stabbed  Puthran several times with sharp knife.Body of Puthran with multiple injuries and oozing blood was found lying in a spot within permude village,where it was thrown by the accused.
