Mangalore, Oct 16: The District and Sessions Court has restricted a Kannada TV channel from airing or publishing any false or offensive report against the Dharmasthala Dharmadikari Dr D Veerendra Heggade, Shri Kshetra and the institutions managed by him.
Dr Heggade moved to the court through advocate PP Hegde after the News Channel aired a programme in connection with Sowjanya murder case, In that a speakers had given a statement which is against the Dharmadhikari and his family members.
