Surathkal for her thesis “Investigations on Non Invasive Fault Diagnostic Techniques Three Phase Induction Motor with Mixed Eccentricity”.
The professor of N.I.T.K.U Dr.K.P. Vittal is her guide. Rajalakshmi is the daughter of retired professor Suryanarayan Ithal and Sithamma Ithal.
