Mangalore, Oct.4: The resident of Dharmasthala and student of Ujire SDM Collge Soujany’s rape and murder case should handover to the CBI for further investigation said leader of DYFI Muneer Katipalla in his press release.
The press release also says that the case was registered against a mental diseased person by this the real accused were protected.
Demanding for hand over the case to CBI the family of Soujanya and the people of Belthangady came to street to protest, but the government gave the case to COD.
Regarding to this several organization will stage protest and conduct a vehicle rally from Belthangady to Mangalore on Oct. 9th and protest will be held at infront o DC office 11 am.
The protest is inaugurate by vice president of Janavadi Women organisation Seema .
