Mangalore: Two more BJP leaders have expressed their support to the hunger strike proposed by the Moodbidri seer.
A press note issued by the Vidhana Parishat members states, despite arresting the alleged thieves, the stolen idols are still not traced. Hence, Captain Ganesh Karnik and K. Monappa Bhandary, members of Vidhana Parishat have expressed their support to the hunger strike that will be followed by Seer Bhattaraka Charukeerthi Panditacharya Swamiji, Mathadheesha of Sri Jain Math on Wednesday, October 2.
The BJP leaders have demanded the state government to hand over the case to CBI so that all the criminals involved in the case could be arrested and also the stolen idols could be recovered.
