Udupi;Sept 29 : Addressing the gathering in’ miracle secrete reveal’ programme organized by VicharaVedhike and Badgabettu credit co-operative society, Udupi, in memory of Dr.Narendra Dhabolkar at Jagannath Bhavan on Sept 29, Sunday, Hulikal Nataraj , a reflective person said in his speech that there are educated, qualified people but there is a scarcity of intellectuals. He said witchcraft can be performed on terrorist not on non-terrorist.
