Mangalore, Sep 17: Sweedal Lobo, swimmer of Aquatic Club Balavana Puttur won 2 gold an 3 Silver medals in Dakshina Kannada district level dasara swimming championship, held at Mangala Swimming Pool here on Tuesday, September 17.
She won gold in 200 m. Back Stroke and 100m. Butterfly. Silver in 100m. Back stroke, 4X100m iyam relay and 4x100m. Free style relay.
Sweedal Lobo is the first year Commerce student of St. Philomina College Puttur. She got selected for State level Swimming Champ which will take place at Mandya. She is the daughter of Dileep Lobo and Veena Lobo. Vasanth Kumar and Partha Varanai are her trainers.
