Mangalore, September 2: Urging to arrest the real accused of the Panjimogaru double murder case and to hand over the case to CBI, DYFI will be stages mass sit in protest from September 6 at 10 am to September 7 till 10 am, totally 24 hours.
Panjimogaru resident Raziya and her 8 year old daughter murder case have completed two years. In the beginning, when police failed to finalise the case, DYFI has staged protest urging to CBI investigation, but government has handed over the case to CID and CID has failed to handle the case after dragging it for one year. Recently, local MLAs and every ministers of the district, requested the chief minister to hand over the case to CBI and Razija’s mother, brothers and her husband’s family also openly requested with C.M.
As CID failed to handle the case, the case must be hand over to CBI and till that time sincere officials must investigate the case. Hence, urging the demand DYFI will intensify a movement and on tht regard it will stage 24 hours sit in protest, said DYFI Panjimogaru branch secretary Ibrahim kaleel said in the press release.
