Karkala; August 27: As a part of Diamond jubilee celebration of Sanur Yuvaka Mandal on account of Shree Krishna Janmaastami, ‘Adarsha Dhampathi competition’ and various other games events competition for public has been organized at Sanur Samaj Mandira premises on August 26, Sunday.
Business man Ganesh Shetty has been inaugurated the programme.
B Purushothama Gowda,president,Sanur Sarvajanika Ganeshotsava Samiti,Praveen Shetty,President,Diamond jubilee organizing committee,Ramesh Shetty,Post master,Sadananda Shetty Shivakamala,Vishwanatha Shetty Bamini Yernadka,Mandal’s president Jagdish Kumar, Rajesh shetty,secretary were present.
In the taluk level Adarsha Dhampathi’s competition Mrs&Mr.Suresh Moily couple won the first prize followed by Mrs&Mr.Prasad Poojary couple stood second and third place has been bagged by Mrs & Mr Pravin Shetty Mudaladi couple.
Madhava Rao Madukonaje and Satyashree Kundapur have compered the programme.
Maruti Honnur, Avinash Kambali have assisted.
In the concluding ceremony Dendabettu Shree Mahalingeshwara temple’s prime priest Vedamurthy Shree Ram Bhat presided over the programme and distributed the prizes to the winning couples.
