Mangalore, August 19: Bunts hostel Shree Siddivinayaka Prathishtana and Public Ganeshotsava Committee has organised’ Prathibhanveshane- 2013’, dancing programme at A.J Shetty on Sunday.
Kannada Development Authority minister Mukyamanthri Chandru has inaugurated the programme and said that talent hunting work must be done in these days. ‘Though I am managing the authority, I have one more responsibility. India is unit of special languages, religions and culture and when we work with together, and then only we can achieve the unity. Tulu is sister language of Kannada and I had been fighting to join the language to 8th schedule of the constitution and I will fight in the future days also’, he said.
‘Due to the western culture, our language losing its existence and our culture will be under the problem. I don’t have problem with other language, but there is necessity to preserve our mother tongue’, he said.
Director, Nagathihalli Chndrashekar said that talent hunt programme will helps to explore the talent of children. Though there is chance of win and loss, it takes the candidate to cultural world and this stage will help the children, he said.
Kasaragod Chinna, Maaladi Ajith Kumar Rai, Asha Jyothi Rai and Kadri Navaneeth Shetty were present.
