Kasaragod, August 17: The Vidya Nagara station police have arrested four persons including minors regarding Uliyathhadka Laxam Veedu colony Vijesh (17) attempt to murder case.
The accused are identified as Abdul Ashfak (19) and three minors from S. P city. The Ashfak has been taken to court and kept him in the judicial custody and other three minors taken to juvenile court.
On August 10th in the evening, when Vijesh was returning to house, a group of people seriously injured him and fled away. But he had been shifted to hospital and police have found the weapon, which was used for attempt. A source says that the accused were stayed in the house of Ernakulam and it says that the attempt was done to spread the communal riots.
The further investigation is under process.
