Mangalore, August 3: Congress Government have not given the permission to kill the cattle, however cattle trafficking are increasing in the city, especially these heinous activities done in the Surathkal area, hence Shri rama sene submitted a memorandum to Mangalore North MLA Mohiyuddin Bava here on Saturday.
Shri Rama Sene state vice president Kumar malemar said that in surathkal one group forcefully entered a shed and took the cow; hence these incidents are increasing in the district. They urged that the culprits should be arrested immediately.
