Addressing the media persons, he said that though Academies are autonomous body, hidden powers are playing a cunning role to dismiss the Academies president through the government order. ‘Academy laws says, president should  complete his three years of term without crossing  the boundary of ethics, but as government changed, every rules and regulations are over throwed. If being the member of BJP party is the prime reason for the dismissal, then why it has spared Mukhyamantri Chandru, who holds one of the top-most posts in BJP state committee..?’ he asked.

He further said that during his tenure he had conducted nearly 72 programmes in the support of Beary language, culture and literature, along with that a clear structure also formed to Beary auditorium in Madyar, Kotekar.’ If government breaks the rules, then Academies will face the serious problem from the political leaders and it will pollute the purity of Academies. Hence we are moving to legal fight and Karnataka High Court has ordered stay in the position until case solves’ he said. Government shows its bias against us and we need clear cut reason for dismissal, he stressed.
