Mangalore, July 18: Addressing the press reporters in the press meet held on July 18, Thursday Abdul Latheef,Chief secretary,zilla committee said in his address that as part of sunni youth central samithi’s 60th Annual Maha Sammelana,SYS will organize free mass marriage for 25 couples.
The ceremony will be held under the presidentship of DK Quazi Shaikhuna Thwaka Ahmad Musliyar and around 25 couples from the poor family will be given 10 pawn gold and other related expenses will also be borne by the Samithi,he said.
He also said that those who are interested, must forward their applications before October 31st,he added. Application forms can be collected from Mangalore and Moodbidri offices.
K L Umer Dharimi, Riyyazuddin, Sahul Hamid, Abdul Qader were present in the meet.
