Udupi: Nagjyothi (Principal Civil Judge) of chief judicial magistrate court has remanded Hari prasad (accused), recently arrested Balachandra and Harindra to judicial custody till July 15.
Balachandra and Harindra was framed under IPC Sec (201) for destroying the evidence supporting for their brothers. If proved guilty, they may be sentenced for 7 to 10 years.
Hari prasad (accused) will be shifted to Shimoga jail for security reasons while the other two Balachandra and Harindra will be kept at Hiriadka jail.
Police said at public here are angry and in aggressive mood and they might attack Harisprasad, hence they have asked to shift him some other place so magistrate ordered to shift to Shimoga jail.
Yogish condition is worrying as he continues to be under serious state. Only when discharged the police can interoogate & frame charges against him. He is the most crucial link to the whole episode.
