Mangaluru, September 5: The Mangaluru CCB police have arrested Deekshith Poojary(26) , wanted in many cases of murder and attempt to murder.
Accused Deekshith Poojary, resident of Maroli is an aid of underworld don Vickey Shetty.
Deekshith Poojary after obtaining bail from the court had remained elusive without attending the court trials.
Deekshith Poojary was involved in the murder case of John Pinto, shootout of Vijayendra Bhat, Kidnap case of Advocate Prakash, plotting to murder prominent people joining with the aides of Chota Shakeel, plotting to murder associates of underworld don Ravi Poojary in 2014, and murder of Durgaprasad Shetty, informed the police.
Accused Deekshith Poojary remained elusive without attending the court trails in a current case registered at Kavoor police station.
The police arrested him from near KSRTC bus stand on Thursday. He is produced in the court.
