Mangaluru, July 16: In relation to the mishap that took place at Farangipet which claimed lives of three workers in a land slide incident at the under construction site, police case has been registered against the building owner as well as the contractor under the Indian Penal code 304A (Death due to negligence) informed District Superintendent of Police Dr S D Sharanappa.
Addressing the media persons, Dr Sharanappa said, the investigations are going on. The district administration has also taken actions pertaining to the incident.
Information has been already conveyed to the family of the deceased, said SP DR SD Sharanappa.
