Mangaluru, April 3: Across the coastal area, citizens of Christian community celebrated “Good Friday” with great fervour and gaiety on Friday, April 3rd.
The procession witnessed the participation of thousands of devotees.
During the Good Friday celebrations at St Rosario Church here, Bishop of Mangaluru diocese Dr Aloysius Paul D’souza performed the religious rituals and delivered the message to all the devotees present.
People gathered in large numbers in the churches across the coastal districts and offered their prayers to Lord Jesus Christ on the eve of Good Friday.
