Our team of volunteers cleaned the dumping yard near Pandeshwara Railway gate and leveled the ground using JCB. Barricades were also erected along the road near the Railway line for speedy and convenient traffic movement during peak hours.

Swacch Bharath Awareness Message Pamphlets were distributed among the public in that area.

This is a part of the 40 weeks Cleanliness Drive being organized by the Ramakrishna Mission and initiated on the 1st February. Under this the student volunteers assemble in the Ashrama on Saturday evenings for an evening retreat, “Swacch Manas” where they are taught meditation, bhajans and inculcation of values of social responsibility.
