Mangaluru, March 3: A man who reportedly behaved in a obscene way while a woman was passing by, near Vishal Nursing Home here was beaten up by the public on Monday March 2nd.
It is alleged that, a person named Mahantesh from Belagavi allegedly misbehaved in public while a woman was walking on the street carrying her child. The public’s who observed this intervened and caught hold of him.
When Mahantesh was being beaten up Barke cops rushed to the venue and took him away. He was badly hurt, hence he was admitted to Wenlock hospital.
More details would be gathered after taking him into custody and probing him, said the cops.
