Mangaluru, February 11: Advocate A C Jayaraj, who is charged under the case of forgery, has appeared before the JMFC court in the city on Tuesday, February 10th. He will be detained under judicial custody till February 24th.
Jayaraj is accused of using forged seals of judges B V Prakash and district and sessions judge Arun Choudapurkar.
A complaint was registered at Bunder police station by the officials of the session’s court here.
Jayaraj is accused of misappropriating insurance money by submitting fake records to the bank, created using forged signatures and seals of the city sessions judge.
Advocate A C Jayaraj has surrendered before the court,it is learnt.
