True love is eternal; Centenarian Angara & Narsi proved it right

Mangalore/Moodbidri,May 28: When we enter into “Grahasthashrama” and tie our sacred nuptial knot in presence of our  parents, relatives, well wishers first time of our life,  it is common practice of taking oath to follow each other through trials and tribunals and remain together throughout our lives.

This has in fact been proved by couple of Daregudde, Padubettu couple Angara Shetty and Narsi shedthi on May 27, Monday.

Narsi Shedthi, aged 90 wife of Angara Shetty, a centenarian had died at around 3.30 pm.

As soon as this news spread, relatives started pouring in to the house of deceased to pay their last respect.

A sorrow stricken Angara had performed the last rites of his wife but breathed his last soon after this, thus uniting with his ever loving wife in death too.

Family members revealed that Angara had suffered from cardiac arrest a couple of months ago and survived in spite of losing all the hopes of his survival.

The deceased couple is survived by five sons and four daughters.
