Mangaluru, January 30: The two days long “Kerala Style food Fest” is organized in Hotel Ocean Pearl – the prestigious hotel in the city, from January 30th – January 31st– 2015. The event was inaugurated by the dignitaries Sunitha Sharma, Sonia Moras, Anju Sahrma, Haseena Naufal, from Yenepoya Organisation, Anitha Rao- Mandovi Motors, were present on the dais.
B N Girish – vice president of Hotel Ocean Pearl welcomed the gathering. Biju Varghese- AGM of Hotel Ocean Pearl was present on this occasion.
Addressing the press meet on this occasion, B N Girish- Vice president of Hotel Ocean Pearl, provided the details on the specialities of the food fest. Our customers have given a good response to the food fests comprising the traditional dishes of various states which were held over the past few years. This year, Kerala Style Food Fest is organized during which the customers will be served different varieties of over hundred, Traditional Kerala Style dishes. The famous fish foods of Kerala and chicken dishes of various varieties will be specially prepared for the customers during the fest. In this special food fest, over 150 (Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian) varieties of Kerala style dishes are prepared according to the taste of customer, Explained Girish.
In the food fest, customers can relish Kerala Style dishes (Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian) for Rs 750- including all taxes. During the fest, Chande Melam(Kerala Traditional Drummers) and light music by the musicians of Sahyadri Group of Colleges are invited to delight the customers. Arrangements are made for the participation of 800-1000 people during the fest, said Girish.
